10 stocks for the next 10 years

OK, so all hell broke loose on the stock market. And there's no telling when the calamity may cease. However, we all need to keep in mind that nothing is permanent on Wall Street. Nothing.

Looking on the bright side, now is the time to sink your teeth into some good buys. Whether you see the glass as half-full, or half-empty, the glass itself is a bargain to be had.

Let's look at some recommendations (according to Kiplinger's Personal Finance) for some good prospects:

  1. Procter & Gamble
  2. Electronic Arts
  3. First Solar (an Arizona company)
  4. Gilead Sciences
  5. Google
  6. Monsanto
  7. Norfolk Southern
  8. T. Rowe Price
  9. Schlumberger
  10. Visa
(Of course, any stock tip should be investigated. Don't just throw your money into something without checking it out first.)
